What is a serviced apartment?

A serviced apartment is a fully-furnished and equipped self-contained unit. The apartments are let or rented out on a nightly basis similar to a hotel booking

However, unlike a Hotel Room your apartments is also equipped with kitchen or kitchenette and living/dining area which gives more freedom to entertain and allows you to socialise and relax in a way that is impossible to do when staying in a hotel room, giving you more space and flexibility as well as being generally 25% cheaper

All bills are included in the price (except telephone calls) and a cleaning service with full linen change is provided at least once a week
