What do we do with your personal information? When you book an apartment via the site, we need to collect information about you to process and services your expect. To complete your booking, we must pass on your details to the reservations department of the particular apartments you have selected.
Email News Update Should you choose to subscribe to our quarterly email news update some of your details will be used. As there are some interactive segment to this news update some further details about you are gathered as a result.

We will track most hyperlinks you may click from our newsletter. This is to enable us to better understand your interests and requirements, so that subsequent newsletter communications can be made to be more personalised and tailored to you.

Do we retain your credit card information? No. Once the booking is made using our reservation systems, and the confirmation fax has been sent to the reservations department of the apartment that you have chosen, your credit card details are deleted from the system. We retain all the other details that you provided us with so that we have a record of your booking. We feel that this is necessary so that, for example, amendments and cancellations can be made to your booking.
Do we sell your information to third parties? We will never without your consent divulge any of your details to any third parties and only then when necessary to complete your service requirements.
